TERMS OF SERVICES

Full payment is required to secure your place in the queue. Work will not be started until the payment is received. There are no refunds.
You are paying for my time and work, so be sure you want to order a commission before placing it because there are no refunds.
All listed prices are in Euros.
Payments must be made via PayPal only.
Commissions are for personal use only (Twitch, Youtube, social media, website, banners, etc.). Emotes and any artwork may not be used on for-profit merchandise (shirts, stickers, etc.). If you would like to inquire about commercial work, please specify it on the contact form.
If you have a deadline, please let me know so I can confirm that I can meet it.
Commissions are completed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Turnaround times may vary depending on the current queue. You will be given an estimated date where I’m going to start working on your commission.
If you would like rush priority, you may pay an additional 50% of your total order. Paying for this service secures priority for your commission.
Turnaround times may vary depending on the current queue, the changes you ask for your commission and unexpected delays I may have. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Please include as much detail as possible in your inquiry regarding your commission. Please provide reference picture links from (Google Doc, Imgur, Gyazo, Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram only). Shorten links from other sites will be ignored.
Messages are responded to in the order they were received. We are a small team studio, so response time may vary. Please be patient 🙂
I own and reserve the right to use all artwork made by me for my own personal use. That includes your commission.
You’re not allowed to edit, resell, recolor or tracing any of my work. Including the P2U, F2U and the store items. Any violations of this prohibition will be considered as a copyright violation and may result in a DMCA Claim or further in legal action.
I will not draw, trace or copy an exact replica of another artist or streamer emote. (You can send other artist images as reference, but the final product will be in my art style and will not be an exact replica).

The best way to send your commission information, details and references is in a Google Document or a imgur.com (Please be as detailed as you can).

If you do not have a detailed idea of what you want. I can do the design, always trying to make it look the best. 2 Free revisions for minor adjustments.
The changes and revisions cost time and are the main reason for the delays in commissions. So if you do not add all the details in your inquiry, additional changes or revisions could incur additional fees.

Pay to Use Terms of Service

Pay to Use items in the store (P2U Emotes, P2U Animated Emotes, P2U Alerts, etc) are items I do from time to time to make my work more affordable for some streamers and content creators.
P2U items can be bought from different streamers and content creators, but as the same as the custom commissions. I own and reserve the rights to use all the P2U items for my own personal use.
There are no refunds for P2U items bought in the store.
P2U items are not allowed to be used on for-profit merchandise (shirts, stickers, etc.) or any way of commercial use.
The P2U items are buyed for different streamers and content creators. You do not have the right to send DMCA claims to other channels.
You do not own the rights from the P2U items you buy.
The P2U items bought from the store can only be used in one Twitch channel, Youtube Channel or/and Discord Server per purchase. Twitch, Youtube or Discord channels using the items without a previous purchase will be claimed for a copyright violation.
Adding the credits in some part of the channel, server or description it’s appreciated.
